Terms of Service governing your use of NeuroFS and its infrastructure.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NeuroFS — including its API, dashboard, and documentation — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

- ›Use of the service constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
Use of Service
NeuroFS provides a stateful semantic routing API for LLM applications. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms.
- ›You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- ›You must not share API keys or credentials with unauthorized parties.
- ›Rate limits and quotas are enforced per plan tier.
Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- ›Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- ›NeuroFS is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.
- ›Accounts may not be transferred without written consent.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using NeuroFS:
- ›Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
- ›Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the routing engine.
- ›Sending malicious, harmful, or deceptive content through the API.
- ›Circumventing rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
- ›Reselling or sublicensing access to the service without prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in NeuroFS — including the semantic cube architecture, Hebbian learning engine, graph spread algorithms, and branding — is owned by NeuroFS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- ›You retain ownership of data you submit through the API.
- ›You grant NeuroFS a license to process your data to deliver the service.
- ›Aggregated, anonymized routing data may be used to improve the model.
Limitation of Liability
NeuroFS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- ›We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- ›We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- ›Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the prior 3 months.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or a banner on the dashboard.
- ›Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
- ›If you disagree with revised terms, you must stop using the service.
